2. What data do we collect?

To create and deliver your personal book, we need the following data:

• Account details: name and email address
• Birth details: date, time and place of birth (for your Human Design chart)
• Order details: delivery address and payment information
• Technical details: IP address, browser type and page visits (via cookies)

3. Why do we collect this data?

• Creating your book: Your birth details are needed to calculate your Human Design chart and write your personalized book
• Processing your order: To process your payment and deliver your book
• Contact: To inform you about your order or answer your questions
• Improvement: To improve our website and services

4. AI processing

We use artificial intelligence (AI) to generate your personalized book.

• Your birth details are processed to calculate your Human Design chart and generate personalized content
• We work with multiple AI providers for text and image generation
• Your personal data is not used to train AI models
• The generated content is unique to you and is not shared with other users

5. Who has access to your data?

We only share your data with parties that are necessary to process your order:

• Payment provider (Mollie): for processing payments (EU-based)
• Printing/delivery partner: for printing and shipping physical books
• AI service providers: for generating personalized content
• Hosting (Supabase): for data storage
• Email service (Mailgun): for sending emails
• Analytics (Google Analytics): for anonymized website statistics

We never sell your data to third parties. A full list of our processors is available on request.

6. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the United States.

• Our primary AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework
• For other providers, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or comparable contractual safeguards apply

7. How long do we keep your data?

• Account details: as long as your account is active, plus 2 years after your last activity
• Order details: 7 years (statutory retention period)
• Human Design charts: as long as your account is active
• Generated books: as long as your account is active

8. Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Functional cookies: to make the website work properly (necessary)
• Analytical cookies: to understand how visitors use our site (Google Analytics)
• Marketing cookies: to show relevant advertisements (only with your consent)

We take the protection of your data seriously:

Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that a minor has registered without your consent, please contact us.

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? Please contact us first. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

14. Governing law

This privacy policy is governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Zwolle, the Netherlands.

We may amend this privacy policy. In case of significant changes, we will inform you by email or via our website. The most recent version can always be found on this page.
