Article 1 - Who are we?

These terms apply to all purchases made through Soulbatical.org, a trade name of:

Article 2 - What do we offer?

Soulbatical creates personalized books based on Human Design. The content of our books is partly written by our team and partly generated using artificial intelligence (AI).

Article 3 - Age

To use our services, you must be at least 16 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Article 4 - Prices and payment

• All prices on the website are in euros and include VAT
• Payment is processed through our payment provider Mollie
• Your order is only processed after payment has been received
• Prices are subject to change; the price at the time of ordering is binding

Article 5 - Delivery

Digital products:

• Digital books (PDF) are immediately available in your account after payment

Physical books:

• Physical books are printed and shipped by our printing partner
• The average delivery time is 15-30 business days within the Netherlands
• Delivery times may be longer for international shipping
• Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

Please note: Our books are personalized and made specifically for you. Under Dutch law (Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that are custom-made or clearly intended for a specific individual
• Digital content that is delivered immediately (with your explicit consent and confirmation that you waive your right of withdrawal)

This means you cannot return or cancel an order once production has started.

Article 7 - Content and disclaimer

Important to know:

• The content of our books is spiritual in nature and based on Human Design
• Part of the text is generated using AI technology
• The information is intended for personal growth and self-reflection
• We do not provide medical, psychological, financial or legal advice
• We are not responsible for personal interpretations or decisions you make based on the content

Article 8 - Intellectual property

All content, texts, images and book content are and remain the intellectual property of Soulbatical. This also applies to personalized content.

When you purchase a book, you receive the physical or digital product. You may read and privately keep this book. It is not permitted to:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute the content in whole or in part
• Use the content commercially or resell it
• Publish or disclose the content
• Reverse-engineer the underlying technology

Article 9 - AI-generated content

• We use AI technology to generate personalized content
• AI systems may unintentionally produce inaccuracies
• We review the output but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
• Your data is not used to train AI models

Article 10 - Liability

• We do our best to deliver correct Human Design calculations and quality content
• We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits
• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase amount of your order
• This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part

Article 11 - Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as supplier disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances), we are not bound by our delivery obligations. We will inform you as soon as possible and work together toward a solution.

Not satisfied? Contact us at info@soulbatical.org. We aim to respond within 14 days and work together toward a solution.

If we cannot reach a resolution, you may submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Article 13 - Changes

We may amend these terms. The most recent version can always be found on this page. In case of significant changes, we will inform you by email.

Article 14 - Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Zwolle, the Netherlands.
